"Smooth ride - better than my last Audi A4; AWD handles well on corners and in snow weather. Features are well received, including new bluetooth technology. For those who want a luxury sports car without BMW or Audi price - but with the same handling, Volvo S60 is it."

"The 2006 S60 does not hold up in winter driving conditions. When snow or moisture gets in the wheel wells, the tires may seize up or become unstable (less round because of moisture freezing as the dealership tells me). Then the steering wheel will shake like I am holding on to a jack hammer (like the tires are severely out of balance) and I must take the nearest highway exit to immediately slow the speed of the car. Or the tire(s) will seize up and, according to the dealership, I am supposed to step on the gas or rock the car by going back and forth to free the tire(s). In my case, I had to have the car towed after a tire seized up. I rate this Volvo a minimum on safety and safety is why I purchased a Volvo. Now that I am wiser, this is my first and last Volvo. I notified the National Transportion Safety Assoc. "
