"Had a 99 Chevy before this, that was a piece of crap. This is almost identical. But you wouldn't know it. Go for posi with or with out 4wd, big tires much better ride."

" This truck has the C3 package, plenty of power, comfortable, also has knock in cold starts, g m says that's normal, ya right. I've owned several GM pick ups, all had knocks at cold start, GM should address this problem, before they start losing customers, I have 30000k on it only in shop once for minor trim problem, best truck ever owned, except for cold start knock,"

"I love the power this pickup delivers, especially when you have to use passing gear. I previously owned a Dodge V-10 pickup that didn't have the acceleration the GMC 4.8 liter has. Fuel mileage was enhanced from 19MPG to 22MPG by adding a custom fiberglass bed cover which was really a great investment for the increase in MPG. I have had no problems with this truck and have owned it for 15 months now. The interior comfort is unmatched by any other truck I have ever owned and there is more than sufficient room for backseat passengers. I would highly recommend this truck over all others. "

"Absolutely awesome to drive. Great handling for such a big truck. Decent sound system, needs a little more bass for my taste, but it has good imaging. On the performance side, I added a K & N cold air induction and it ran a 15.4 second 1/4 mile. This truck is a real sleeper at the stoplights. The gauges are well layed out and easy to read. The leather is surprisingly supple for a pick up truck and the plush carpeting is a real nice touch.
Fuel economy is not the greatest but not bad. I took a business trip to the southern tip of Texas and averaged 15.5 mpg. The truck is very quite and it has a sport sedan type ride on the interstate. The Sierra C3 is expensive and has many gadgets that you would expect to find only in luxury automobiles, but in my opinion the C3 is worth every penny."
