2007 Lexus ES 350

Some think it gimmicky, other see it as functional design. Chances are you'll have to visit a 2007 Lexus ES 350 to decide for yourself. We're talking about the front center armrest, which uses a unique opening mechanism – push the button on top and the back of the lid tilts up and moves rearward, while a piece at the front of the armrest tilts forward. As a result, the driver can rest her forearm on the tilt armrest and scoop her hand into the storage compartment rather than raising the lid and angling to get a hand in. No, it's not an earth-shattering innovation, but a fair number of owners will likely find it to be handy.

Elsewhere in the ES 350's cabin is a average glovebox, small pockets on the front doors but not the rear, pockets on the back of each front seat, and four cupholders, two of which are in the rear fold-down armrest.
